OPG Mirjenko Mrakovčić Sheep cheese belongs to a group of semi-hard and full-fat cheeses and can be consumed sliced or grated, depending on how old or mature it is. Its visual appearance is a smooth yellowish crusty cream whose smell is temperamental and characteristic, and its flavor is full, with a specific note that we rehearsed for the natural diet of sheep, with a large share of aromatic plants of the island of Krk.
At the Eco-Ethical Fair, the cheese of Krk won the "Best of the Best" award. Today, it counts more than 50 recognitions at numerous events across the country.
